I picked up my Jetta yesterday and the repair and paint looked very good. The service staff that was present when I arrived went through everything with me that I needed to know for the short term care with respect to the new paint on the replaced parts.
I want to thank you personally for the exemplary service you yourself provided and I appreciate the phone call and e-mails that updated me on the progress & status of my vehicle. I've experienced several collision repair centers in my history as a car owner; however, no center has come close to the great level of service that you have provided me these past few weeks. You made the process a very easy one for me and I appreciate all the attention to detail - thank you!
