I was seeking to hire an in-home caregiver for my children. i checked out several LI agencies and found that Creative Rent A Sitter was far and away the best. The owner is very attentive and knowledgable and really worked with me to find the perfect person for the job. Lenore has been on the job for over 3 month and I couldn't be happier. She interacts with my children and they love her. I found creative to be highly professional, offered me several people to interview and when i made my choice, furnished several references and complete basckground and DMV checks. Their fees are fair. After all, i have found that you get what you pay for. If you need qualified childcare- Creative is the way to go
