Our HOA also recently hired these folks to do our 570+ unit complex of individually owned Townhomes. They aren't good at anything other than installing landscape timbers and pruning. They show up on an erratic schedule, their mowing is horrendously bad, missing large patches of turf and little to no string trimming or edging or blowing. In the 17 years I've been in this area these folks are the worst mowing crew I've ever seen, and I once was a landscaper. So bad that even though I'm in a managed community I've decided to do my own lawncare. None of their employees speak any English so there's no communication with them at all. Companies that are very large like this have often gotten that way from fast poor quality service and over inflated rates. Stay away from ValleyCrest!

Cons: horrible landscaping skills, unreliable
