My dog was there from 12/29 - 01/02/2013 when i picked him up he was yellow smelling like pee and had feces on his bottom and his tail so matted I had to cut his hair. As I drove home I was forced to put him in the kennel and drive with the windows open. I had to wash him 2 times in order for the smell to go away?.so I called and asked to speak to the owner he was not there and returned my call I was telling that my dog ( shih tzu) was smelling like pee and feces and I was not happy .mr said should told when picked up or to bring him back and he can do a free bath ?let know that I already washed him and no reason to bring him back, my dog was there last summer too but my sister picked him up she mention he was smelling but I was not aware that bad ?I was trying to tell him that and he was RUDE and said he did not want to hear that ?.i told him that I will never ever bring my dog back and he just hung up ?..how does he think to run business like that ??!!! I WILL NOT TAKE MY DOG THERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
