Review content:
Wow! How things have changed! I guess I'm lucky because I joined when the new management came on board. I've had nothing but success there. I am absolutely convinced that I would not be where I am today without Knuckleup Fitness and especially Stephen, Phillip and Mo. The classes, the boot camps, the Biggest Losers Challenges have all kept me not just in shape, but motivated and interested and having fun. When I joined in October last year I weighed around 250 pounds and wore a women?s size 18. Now I?m down to 174 and wearing a regular size 10. I couldn?t finish a whole class, now I?m able to not only finish the classes, but do pretty much all the exercises. Yes, it was hard, but these guys made it possible for me to start where I was and do as much as I could. They didn?t see my size, they saw my potential and helped me to see it too. I can?t thank them enough. I am really glad I took the 3 year membership. Made it really affordable for me, plus gives me the mind set that this is FOREVER, not just another fad that means I'm going to stop and gain my weight back. If anyone wants to see pictures of one of the boot camps, and my progress in the last year, check out mmy blog on wordpress getsmartgetstrong and search for Boot Camp Last Night.
