I've been a member for 4 years at KnuckleUp.... and I'm almost certain the trainers at the gym are trying to kill me!!!! But for whatever reason, I wake up the next morning excited about my next workout.... so I keep going back.
Best gym in Atlanta. Whether its for a workout or a good fight, this is the place to be. Turned me from a pathetic weakling to a pathetic weakling with some definition and that knows how to throw some punches and run away a bit faster. Oh and if you love BURPEES... this is the place to be.
If you have any doubts at all or aren't sure, you can take a free class. Trust me, it's worth it!
