I was not sure what gym i was going to join. I went to X3 sports and then tried Knuckleup. I decided to go with knuckleup because the trainers. I really didn't feel to welcome when i went to X3. My first class at Knuckleup was great the trainer was pushing me but still giving me instruction. The gym is always clean. I always feel accomplished after a class and feel that i left everything i had on the mat. This gym is great for the beginner all the way up to people that want to go pro in the MMA world. I would recommend this gym to anybody that want to get a great workout.
