I am SO not impressed with Aqua Rec on Puyallup ave in Tacoma. We bought our first tub at the fair, and the Tacoma Office was our main contact for our order. We waited patiently for several weeks for our order to be shipped to our house. The delivery men were nice, but they were not going to give us our step that we paid for, and I had to remind them that it came with a complimentary chemical testing pack... Which I got 2 bottles, and thats it. We had it less then 2 days and the tub started leaking. Ok so this is a manufactuing issue, but it took them 2 weeks to get it resolved... Which during the repair process they took out a good portion of the insulation. I was concerned about this and when I voiced that concern, I was told then it would not be an issue... ya... it later became an issue, when we found out in mid winter that they broke a nut and sealed it instead of replacing it, and it froze... The office is RUDE, and NON HELPFUL! I liked the Federal Way Location, but they have gone out of business... I will drive the 45 minutes to the Puyallup location from here on out. I would not even refer my worst enemy to the Tacoma store.... and when it becomes the time to replace our tub, IT WILL NOT BE BOUGHT FROM AQUA REC...
