I bought a ac unit from them in july 2010 for 4900 dollars they cut a huge hole in my ceiling to install it they never repaired it. The unit has not cooled my home since it has been installed. I have called plenty of time and the sent Mike out to my home and he said to run the system without a filter for 48 hrs. to see if that was to problem it was'nt. They he came out again and said he had to replace a coil (on new system) they never called or came by. So today ""HANK"" himself called me and rudely hung up the phone-the last thing I hared was ""We'll be there tomorrow at 8:30 am"" I think that was a lie. I filed a complaint with the BBB and if this issue is'nt resolved soon I will be taking matters legally. DO NOT DO SERVICE WITH HANK!!! You will end upe coming out of your pocket than expected. Look at Yellow pages.white pages,Yelp,City Search even the filtered reviews....
