I can understand the point of view from the person who posted the negative response, and if that is indeed what happened, it was a very isolated incident. It's true, Dr. Brown doesn't own the hospital anymore, but they should cut him a little slack, I hear heaven keeps him pretty busy. I have not seen hardly any turnover since we started going there years ago, and the staff is more than helpful. Summer is our favorite, she reminds my wife and I of the bubbly nun from sister act...it's impossible for her to be down. Anyway, most remember our pets, and are happy to look up what food we always buy them since we can never recall. We highly recommend this place.
Pros: Very friendly staff, in and out quickly, extremely accomodating
Cons: Nothing terrible, although nothing really sets them apart aside from their attitude.
