Review content:
we took our beloved dog named Pepper into Oconner rd because he had been a bit lathargic. We were told he needed an operation that was fairly routine for dogs his age. He had a common gastro problem and with the operation he should recover just fine and be back to his happy self in just a week or two. He never came home. Apparently he was injected with the wrong medication and died during recovery. Even worse we were not notified so we showed up to pick him up at wich time a male vet assistant said so matter of factly.. ""Oh Pepper died , didnt anyone call you? "" Needless to say we do not recomend this hospital. We researched a little futher (yes I realize we should have done this first) and found that the hospital is no longer owned by Dr. Brown and is now run by a handful of very young vets and rookie assistance. The best they can get for minimum pay. Owned by a corporation some where in Ca. There was no one person to answer our questions or explain what had gone wrong. Everyone just pointed fingers at all the others involved. Please for the mercy of your loved pet go else where and use a practice that is owner operated.
Pros: the building is new
Cons: so is everyone in it.
