If I could give this moron a score lower than one I would. I suspect this company has undergone a change in ownership so buyer beware!!! I took him a $750 pair of Cucinelli shoes suede/canvas and he assured me he could clean them without any negative result. They are completely ruined. Parts of the canvas are white, part are brown and he mumbled through an inane non-explanation. The guy is a moron and unconcious. I would not trust a pair of sandals bought in Zimbabwe to this fool.
