Joanna is a genius! I came to her after two terrible experiences within the past week at another salon that left my hair extremely damaged, bleached, and almost pink in color. Joanna rescued my hair and now the color looks better than it ever has. My hair also looks and feels healthy, which is a miracle after what it's been through in the past week.
The color consultation with Joanna was very thorough. She obviously takes pride in her work and is very good at it. She was able to give me thoughtful advice and really looked at me to determine what would work best with my skin tone and coloring -- this seems like common sense but unfortunately doesn't happen enough at other salons! She also helped me understand and articulate what I was looking for, and she clearly explained everything she planned to do.
The overall atmosphere in the salon was welcoming, friendly, and supportive.
I think my bad experience was actually a blessing because I wouldn't have sought out Joanna if it hadn't happened. I give her my highest recommendation and am finally done searching for the right person to do my hair!
