One star rating is actually pretty generous for this ridiculous business. Gilbert Morales is the biggest liar I have ever dealt with in my life. After asking for a down payment, made me wait 4 weeks prior to delivering a bad transmission that never worked. It has been another month since I have asked for a warranty replacement and the story is the same: I have your transmission and it will be shipped tomorrow. Anyway, this Gilbert guys is dishonest business man but he sounds like charming on the phone which how most people get caught up with him. However, once he has your money, it is a totally different story, he will never return your phone calls, emails, etc...I am going to sue him to recover my money. By the way, Super shops is rated and ""F"" with BBB.
