I had no idea they'd switched over to new owners. Had I read these reviews I would not have gone there. They aren't worth one star. Had the same experience as others -- needed a slight tear repaired on a purse and was told it would cost about $25 (which I thought was ridiculous) but he said he need to replace a larger piece. Wasn't ready a week later when it said it would be; but told me I could come back and pick it up in half an hour. I waited and picked it up just last night and had the WORST customer service ever. The boy would not get off his phone - horrible service - very rude person. AND today I realize that the new owners SMOKE in their establishment. So, yes, I now have to air out my Dooney & Bourke purse because it smells like cigarette smoke. Will never go back there.
