Excellent Sushi and Sashimi, When we relocated to the Triangle 2 years ago from New York we weren't optomistic about finding a ""decent"" Japanese restaurant. Fortunately we were wrong....Asuka has exceeded our expectations in all areas, The food is outstanding, The Service is friendly and prompt (They can get a little behind when crowded), The atmosphere authentic and comfortable. Our Favorite Sushi Resaurant in NY got their fish Fresh daily from the Fulton fish Market, and Montauk Long Island....Asuka's fish appears just as Fresh! And the cooked food is just as remarkable.
