Review content:
OBGYN North is a wonderful medical practice. I have been a patient with this group for almost 4 years, including appointments for routine exams and, recently, the birth of my second child. The OBs, midwives, nurses, and front desk staff are all professional, warm, and friendly. I look forward to each appointment and always have positive exchanges with each person I talk to. I love the collaborative model used by this practice ? it eliminates any concern about who will be at the birth of your child because you are familiar with each provider and know that they all follow the same practice standards and share the same philosophy regarding labor and birth. My 4-year-old was with me for most of my prenatal appointments and they always made him feel welcome and involved at each visit ? a wonderful thing as he was getting used to the idea of becoming a big brother. This is one of the most on-time medical practices I have been to. During the past 9 months of prenatal appointments, I was only kept waiting very long one time (on that occasion, everyone was aware of and very apologetic for the delay) and I was actually seen a few minutes early for many of my appointments. I became a patient at OBGYN North because of it?s reputation as being supportive of natural birth. Their Labor and Delivery Practices and their monthly c-section rates are posted on their website ? both are refreshing to read and encouraging for any woman hoping to give birth without medical intervention in a hospital. They definitely lived up to their reputation! Thanks to OBGYN North, I gave birth to my son without drugs or other interventions. I felt supported and encouraged to trust my body throughout my pregnancy, labor, and birth ? I believe that this supportive attitude was crucial to me having such a perfect labor and birth.
