Review content:
My father has been a patient of Dr Alma Arredondo-Lynch for the past several years. He has always paid his bill at time of service. He was surprised when he came in for an office visit and was told he had a past due balance for several hundred dollars. When he questioned the doctor as to why he never received any statements/bills for the balance due, the doctor claimed that she had been having issues with her practice staff and money disappearing but that she was willing to work with him and gave him a discount. My father went ahead and paid his bill. He received a copy of his account ledger and left. When my father called again to question the bill, Dr. Arredondo-Lynch was on the defense and suggested that he find a new dentist because she was dismissing him as his patient! Can not understand what the doctor is hiding. Have tried to contact her at her office three days in a row, have left messages only to no avail. I am only trying to find why she had charged finance and billing fees when he has never ever received a bill from this office. His account ledger was started in 2005 but we have yet to ever see a bill.
Seems doctor is not willing to answer a few questions...hmmm!
