I rate this management team with 0 stars. THEY ARE SCANDALOUS!!!!!! Please stay away from them. We are in the process of suing this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We did not sign the lease because after reading it, the possibilities for them to take your money and charge you for any little thing was beyond ridiculous. They lied and said we needed to make a refundable deposit of $795 before signing the lease because it was part of the processs, even prior to a complete application and back ground check. Tony Lazaro indicated we did not need to pay the pet deposit of $300 and he could get it waived for us. He also indicated that my husband just needed to pay the application one time fee of $50. That was a lie too. They charged an application fee for both my husband and myself, $100. They ended up stealing over a thousand dollars from us. Every day it was some other type of fee or deposit! We did not even sign the lease. Kristal Nixon the assistant property manager on the phone said, in a conniving voice (she was seriously smiling and responding with an attitute), we could not get our money back because they needed the money to clean the duplex. Crazy because the previous residents had yet to move out. After telling Kristal that was our money and it is not our money that should be cleaning someone elses duplex, she said they thought we were going to move in. I said no, we havent finnished signing the lease yet, there is not an agreement, it is the properties responsibility to clean the duplex, ITS NOT EVEN OURS. She continued to manipulate me on the phone and said well the deposit is not refundable because we took the duplex off the market for yall. I told her to put it back on because we would NOT be moving in. She continued to lie and say that we will be responsible for the money lossed if someone else does not move in and will incur charges up until someone else moves in. I terminated the call after i told her i will contact my lawyer. Shortly after she emailed saying a lawyer was not necessary and that they still want us to move in. HAHA UGH NO!!! She attatched part of the lease that said the deposit isnt refundable if one breeches the lease, really? how ignorant and unprofessional lol, we never finnished signing it lol. The disclosure on the lease is, all applicants must sign the lease for the agreement to be made. My husband and i have to continuously tell them we do not wish to do buisness with them. I asked Krystal to have her regional manager contact me, hoping her manager would be a bit more professional. Krystal said the regional manager was on maternity leave. Austin needs to get rid of them!!! umm BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU must know abt these peeps. So there you have it, an extremly scandalous manipulative management that will pay the price for the injustice ONE DAY!!! GOD BLESS LAWYERS, KARMA and FATE!!!! People like that do not last long anywere they go. lol I will make sure EVERYONE knows about this company too.
