Joe Yaeger and his staff are truly professionals. As a former property owner and manager for 26 year in the UT student housing business, I found myself needing to use
their services to manage a property I owned. Joe, Jarrod.Autumn, Neal, Christine all were extremely professional and so friendly and nice ALL the time. There were some issues with difficult tenants, and Joe and his staff handled the situation with poise and tact. I would highly suggest using Uptown, and Active. They have taken great care of me and my property. I know many of the other management companies, and I can say honestly Uptown is the best in the business!
