Review content:
I've been training at Alive for about a year and a half now and I absolutely love it. Most days, the schedule is packed from 5:30am to after 10pm with boxing, MMA, jiu-jitsu, CrossFit, self-defense, wrestling, and yoga classes. There even used to be a ""Midnight MMA"" class, which, while it isn't currently on the schedule, gives you some idea of how much training flexibility you can have at Alive. The coaches are super knowledgeable, friendly, and able to meet you where you are (anywhere from ""just want a workout"" to ""looking to go pro"") and support you in your goals. I especially appreciate that so many coaches are able to both verbally explain how and why certain techniques are done, as well as demonstrate and run drills for these moves. *Basically, the training you get at Alive is both elegant and ass-kicking.* And since Alive has so many members, in any given class you'll have the opportunity to train with many different kinds of fighters: old and young, amateur and experienced, female and male, big and small, etc. Membership includes access to sauna, weights/ exercise equipment, boxing equipment, the mats and cage, and lots of space to train in. The community, facilities, and class offerings are excellent-- training at Alive MMA has been life changing. I cannot recommend it enough.
