Review content:
I took my car to them because they came so highly recommended. After talking with Ray (owner) on the phone, they assured me they could help me. Originally they charged me to diagnose a problem. When they finally did fix the problem, they didn't put my car back together properly, and consequentaly it began leaking gas and fluids. They DID fix their mistake that time, but I called them later to change my starter, as the car would no longer start, had lost power, etc. (and a few others had diagnosed the starter as being the problem). I had to have my car towed to them, using their tow company. They charged me $75 for the tow (not bad if they had fixed the problem), but then said my starter was fine. Ray said I needed a new battery instead, and that they had fixed a short in the tail light. They wanted to charge me $100 for the battery and $40 to install it! Even better yet, now the tail light doesn't work. Well, after getting a new battery, my car died again, and you guessed it... The starter. When I asked them about why they didn't change the starter before, they acted as if I were stupid to suggest such a thing. When I called and let Ray know the car had again died, and it was the starter, he said that they didn't normally work on cars like mine (as they assured me they did originally), and that they must have made a mistake. I asked if they would at least cover the tow that I had wasted money on the last time, and Ray refused saying that they couldn't be expected to know what was wrong with my vehicle.
