Review content:
After having owned a Jeep GC and now owning a JK Wrangler, these guys have been nothing but super nice and helpful with both of them. I decided to do my own radiator replacement on my GC and didn't tighten one of the valves enough, so I had a fluid leak, so I brought it to these guys. Most mechanics wouldn't work on it without using their parts because they couldn't warranty the work, and it would have cost me over $500 to get the repair done by a shop, but Jeep Masters got in there and tightened the valve for me and only charged me $80 for labor, AND it was in and out in a day... More recently, something silly broke on my shifter boot and I ordered the part online, it got here, and I couldn't get the shifter knob off the shaft. Apparently, it's a real bugger to get off. So I called them up and they were like, sure swing by and we will get it off for you. Got there, Charles took it off for me and even snapped the new one in place. No charge:) took him 10 minutes out of his busy schedule. I really like these guys. They do good, honest work. If you try to do it yourself, and you fail, they aren't going to charge you an arm and a leg because you messed it up. And if it's just a little simple help you need, they don't mind just giving you a hand.
