Review content:
The location on Beecave Road and 71 lost my clothes the very first order I left at their store. The clothes included a new suit.
Two months later, Jack Brown cleaners continues to tell me every week they are going to write a check for the lost clothes, and yet they continue to make excuses for why they don't follow through with compensation.
The lack of professionalism at Jack Brown has not bothered me as much as the lack of integrity. Don't expect the store to honor its word, or respect your clothing. I have to go to small claims court to recover the value of the clothes this store lost.
