I had bad hair color done by M. Deen lucky for her I forgot her first name. She is young & dark skinned. I first call and said set me up with someone who knows her stuff. Later in the conversation, I found out she had only been there 2 months. I had told her I had used box color & I wanted a light brown color on my hair. When she finished I had orange hair on top and black hair in the bottom. The owner came by and told her what to do to fix it. First thing she did was try to defend herself by saying that I had used box color and that usually happens. Ok, I never complain but who is the professional here. I'm not the one that went to beauty school she did. She didn't say anything like that in the beginning. I knew the minute she messed up. She told me right away that she can put a toner if I didn't like the color. This was before I even looked. The owner did come up made the color better, but I will never go back. I wanted to give it a try because I live close, but I rather go to Aveda and pay more money to have nice hair.
