They neeeever respond to calls and always changes their policy on the fly. There is no good faith customer service. Talking to their employee is like a moving target and they kick you like a ball from one person to another. They lie to you like they are trained or like having their daily meal when it comes to deal with customer who has legit questions and concerns.
