This is my first ever apartment experience. I was fortunately blessed with great neighbors!! The ENTIRE staff - from office to maintenance to landscaping are the best. Extremely friendly, attentive to your privacy and concerns and always professional. I felt extremely safe here and anytime I had a problem it was addressed in a very timely manner! I moved here from out of state and SUE was awesome with me and answered my thousands of questions! I was welcomed as if coming to a family reunion. Eric and the entire staff are excellent guest service. They go above and beyond in meeting your needs. They definitely adhere to the quiet hours which I appreciate. One time a neighbor was being just bit on the noisy side and the next day there were notices on our doors as reminders of the quiet hour policy. It did not happen again. The only reason I am moving is
because I am relocating out of state. I know everyone is entitled to their own opinions but if you treat someone with respect it will most certainly be returned here at Sun Valley Lake.
