I happened to see some reviews and was really disappointed in the comments. I am not related, although they make me feel as if I am. I have been shopping at Ann's for 25+ years and have sent them lots of referrals. Everyone I have sent has called to thank me! I will admit that the store can get busy from time to time and you sign in when you walk in the door. If I need to make a quick stop I phone to schedule a time. They are always willing to accommodate customers. The ladies know what they are doing and are fantastic at it. If you're a new customer explain what you want or don't want, it's just that simple. I have had everything from strapless bras custom tailored, purchased swimwear to calling in an order and having it mailed to me. I visit the store at least twice a year. I took my oldest daughter in to the shop a year ago to get fitted for the first time and have went back just last week for my youngest daughter to be fitted. We had been trying for a month to find her the right fit and buy her first bras, it wasn?t working out. She wasn?t getting fitted right and had finally just given up until? I took her to Ann?s! She told me on the way she wasn?t having anyone fit her or buying a bra. Yeah, ok? When we arrived I told the wonderful lady that she was not into the fitting and bra buying at all. Before my daughter realized what was up she was in the fitting room, gotten fitted and bought her first bra. She was so excited and I was so pleased at the way they made her comfortable that words can?t explain.
