I feel bad for those that had a bad experience but my trip there was wonderful. I needed a specialty bra for my wedding dress and a friend recommended that I go there. It was a great experience and they had a wonderful selection. The salesperson helping me was very pleasant and took her time with me. This was also on an exceptionally busy Saturday as they had an event going on at the same time. I never felt rushed and was pleased with my service and my purchase. I would recommend. more

I love the store.. I drive a long way just to shop here..I have always been treated with respect and kindness when i was there.. I have NEVER seen the help rude..in all my many visits. Sometimes they are busy and you have to wait to get fitted.. but that in its self tells how many people love to shop here.. The store is always busy everytime i go.. I am not famly just a happy customer that loves to shop here...they have sizes to fit anybody and thats hard to find now a days..and they know what service is.. and you don;t have to walk all over a store trying to find somebody to help you like you do in big deprtment stores.. so would I recommend them? YOU BET I WOULD.. and DO all the time.. more

I went to Ann's today because my girlfriend told me that I need to get in some new bras cause my ""girls"" we not wre they belong. I walk in and was greeted right away by a few of the ladies that work there. They asked what I was looking for and began to measure me. As I was fitted like everyone else I was also in the wrong size. The fitter brought me several bras to try on and I found about 4 bras that I liked. I got them all and was surprise to hear that they have a ""bra club"" so when you get 6 the 7 is either free or discounted, I was very happy to hear that. I will go back to Ann's and mention it to all my friends more

My girls are perky!!! :) After having gained 20 lbs post surgery I went to Ann's to see if there was any hope. I had the owner and another associate help me try on dozens of bras till I was comfortable with the fits. (I was elated that there were fans in the dressing rooms!!!) Nice attention to detail:) I left thrilled with my bras...also got a bathingsuit that I didn't need but loved, some spanx to help with the back end of the 20 lbs and cute matching panties. The girls were extremely patient (I can be a bit of a nudge;) I have a renewed sense of self esteem and my hubby loves the way I look. Thank you Ann's for everything!!!! I""LL BE BACK!!! more

I went to Ann's in the hope of finding a bra that would fit my saggy girls, after several children thought it was hopeless. I am glad I went, the ladies not only knew their stuff, they were fun to work with. Not sure of the bad reviews below but my visits was an eye-opener! I will recommend to all my friends! more

Today I visited Ann's Bra Shop out in Chesterfield. I am so HAPPY that I went. The all the ladys made me feel great. I had to have a strapless bra for a certain dress and they were able to fit me even though Victoria Secrets was not. I am not an unusal size and I am VERY please with the service and the help that I received at Ann's. I will recommend Ann's to all my friends. more

My daughter and I were revisiting Ann's Bra Shop for the second time during her pregnancy- she is 8 months pregnant. I have shopped at Ann's for 25+ years and I have referred MANY customers. While my daughter was in the fitting room, Catherine walked by and asked how she was doing..I replied that she is miserable. She looked down at her watch and stated ""I should say so after 40 minutes with one customer...this is ridiculous""....I was shocked! Number one she had been in the fitting room for 10 minutes!! Number two, don't be in a CUSTOMER SERVICE industry if you can't be courteous to your customers. I was even more shocked to learn that the person who spoke to me so rudely was in fact the OWNER!! I really expected an apology before I left the store for such behavior- didn't happen. more

AVOID ANNS BRA SHOP! As many of the reviews have stated, the help is rude, it is obvious they don't particularly like working there and this transfers over to the poor unsuspecting customers. more

I happened to see some reviews and was really disappointed in the comments. I am not related, although they make me feel as if I am. I have been shopping at Ann's for 25+ years and have sent them lots of referrals. Everyone I have sent has called to thank me! I will admit that the store can get busy from time to time and you sign in when you walk in the door. If I need to make a quick stop I phone to schedule a time. They are always willing to accommodate customers. The ladies know what they are doing and are fantastic at it. If you're a new customer explain what you want or don't want, it's just that simple. I have had everything from strapless bras custom tailored, purchased swimwear to calling in an order and having it mailed to me. I visit the store at least twice a year. I took my oldest daughter in to the shop a year ago to get fitted for the first time and have went back just last week for my youngest daughter to be fitted. We had been trying for a month to find her the right fit and buy her first bras, it wasn?t working out. She wasn?t getting fitted right and had finally just given up until? I took her to Ann?s! She told me on the way she wasn?t having anyone fit her or buying a bra. Yeah, ok? When we arrived I told the wonderful lady that she was not into the fitting and bra buying at all. Before my daughter realized what was up she was in the fitting room, gotten fitted and bought her first bra. She was so excited and I was so pleased at the way they made her comfortable that words can?t explain. Pros: Excellent customer service and affordable prices Cons: Can get busy at times more

I have been going to Anns shop for about 5 years, the service is very good although there are time when she is so busy that you have to wait a while for service. All and all I am very pleased with the service. Pros: great fitting Cons: she as moved and still cramped more
