Review content:
Boot Camp is a very effective and fun. I had no idea I would enjoy an hour of strenuous workout so much. Sam is very creative and keeps the boot camp interesting. He also offers nutritional tips! My energy level is off the charts. It hasn't been this high in 30 years. The ladies in the class are extremely supportive and very friendly. This is the best gift my husband has given me in quite a while!!!
