I've been going to see concerts at this site for years. Everytime we have gone it has been great. Sorry to say that I might not ever want to go back to this place to see a concert again. Everytime we have gone we have had traffic, or parking problems. On this day it was about 6:30 and we were exiting at the Selma Exit which is about 1.5 to 2 miles from the concert site. The concert started at 7:00. When 7:45 came around we thought something bad happened. We called The Ampitheatre and they told us Heart was about to start playing. Like other people have said we were waiting in line for about 2 hours. That is when I realized that again it had to do with parking issues. I am so upset that this took place because we came to this concert to mainly see Cheap Trick (which I have seen open up for other artists but my friends hadn't seen yet) but more so Heart who I have never seen live. We had driven up to Selma to see a different line up of Journey 2 years ago so we were not as exited to see them as much as we were Heart. Journey's performance did not dissapoint us. Needless to say that they still have not corrected this traffic problem which is not the first time I've been in this situation. The other times were not as bad because we only missed the opening band which was no big deal but this experience took the cake. I thought the time I missed about 15 minutes of a Motley Crue concert in my home town of Laredo was bad; due again to poor planning. This has got to be the worst concert experience of my life. Concession stands also have expensive prices. The only positive I can give this concert site is that they do bring great artists. Just the night before I had a great night watching Bryan Adams and Foreigner with no trouble or complaints at all, but to finish it off like this I feel like I just threw my $350 in the garbage for the 3 awesome tickets I purchased. Pros: Awesome Artists Cons: Terrible parking problems / poor acces for traffic to flow well
