My family and I have been coming to Portland regularly for the last 5 years. We have been to Dragonfish several times and everytime it seems to get worse. The sushi is very mediocre. The fish did not seem fresh and tasted and felt like it had been frozen. The honey walnut shrimp dish was the only decent item we had. Also, the service just keeps going down hill. We clearly specified to the server that we did not want sprouts in the tempura sushi rolls. When they came with sprouts our server was no where to be found. My son and I ate ours but my wife and daughter did not. When the bill was presented by the server we told her about the mistake. She said we should of told her sooner. When I reminded her that she never checked on us after our food was delivered she said sorry our policy is that if you start to eat the incorrect order you are stuck with it. I pointed out that we only ate two of the four orders and my wife was still hungry. She just said sorry and then spilled a glass of water on my wife. She offered a dessert to my wife for the wet pants, purse, and blouse. There was no manager available or willing to speak to us and the hostess would not give us a business card for the manager. We told our conceirge about the incident and was informed that they get alot of complaints about this place. The arrogance and lazziness of the staff was just mind blowing. They act like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to eat at their resteraunt and then ignore the most basic requirements. We will not go back.
