This is the best music store around. I read the other reviews before going to Alder Creek and wanted to see for myself. Both Steve and his wife(""Dark Haired Trumpet Teacher"") were both extremely friendly courteous and accommodating. As another reviewer mentioned , Steve is extremely good at repair, He fixed our daughters Flute while we waited and had tons of good advice. Its hard to believe that Steve's wife could be anything but nice, could be the reviewer had an attitude before even entering the store. Alder Creek music Store was recommended by my daughters Flute tutor to fix her flute even though we have a capable music store only 15 minutes away. I WILL DEFINITELY make the 1 hour plus journey to Alder Creek again if we have any need for instrument repair in the future. I wont go anywhere else
