Review content:
My husband needed his tire changed and a stud was broken off, we don't know if it was by nature or by the tow truck driver but it was found in the same parking space as the tow truck driver used to changed the tire. We had to replace the stud for $60, which adds on to the $50 we had to pay for the tire change. When I called to inform the owner that my husband drove in a blizzard from Fargo to Fergus falls with only 3 studs after her guy replaced the tire she made me explain my story over and over again and then started laughing at me, when I asked her why she was laughing she told me I was just being ""silly"", she said it probably just rusted off, my husband said it was not rusty when he found it in the parking space, she wouldn't believe us and continued laughing before she hung up on me. If I ever treated a customer like she treated me if I was in her place I would have been fired on the spot. The lack of respect and plane ignorance towards the feelings of someone worried about her husband was appauling. Pros: The tow truck driver did put the tire on before sending my husband in a blizzard with only 3 studs Cons: The sheer disrespect and rudeness of the owner
