I have been using Gene's Coach Repair for about 8 years now. They do a very good job, and they are not outrageously expensive. They generally don't tend to recommend things that are not necessary to fix, like other mechanics tend to do.
The reason I gave them a 4 is that sometimes when they do work they will not always check other parts in the same system to see if they need to be replaced. They changed my radiator, and there was a hose connecting to it that needed to be replaced too. It blew a week later. I would have been happier if they did it all at the same time.
They are really friendly. They are always willing to work with you and discuss any issues that you might have.
