Through the efforts of Joseph Sanders, manager of Goldwing Appliance our failed dishwasher was replaced with a brand new one. The process of dealing with our appliance maker people became a nightmare. Joseph, behind the scenes, somehow supported us thoughout this ordeal. The outcome has been more positive than I ever imagined possible.
Joseph was the one stable force that we have had throughout this process. We both want to thank" Goldwing Appliance from the bottom of our hearts for the effort that was made for us in solving this dishwasher problem.
When trying to understand how Joseph accomplished this, we questioned the person that delivered the new washer about, he made the statement you are a very caring person and thats just who you are. Your actions have proved this to be true. It is rare to find someone that will go to the lengths you went to help us and we truly appreciated what you did for us.
We are very happy with the new dishwasher replacement. The service people that have been to see us have also been above quality in their services. We recommend Goldwing Appliance Repair and should we ever need their services we will not hesitate to call.
