Review content:
The women in the front office are all in the wrong profession. They overbook clients and have clients wait in the lobby for hours at a time and then tell us that they are running behind when people start to get irate. The front desk personnel are totally unprofessional, they obviously are there to just pick up a paycheck and not interested in the care of the people assisting with their salaries. I just wish these offices would not be so greedy and overbook to cash in on the insurance companies and doing mediocre work. The BBB will be hearing from me as well...and I will have the doctors deliver my baby safely if they do not want anymore problems. This office will need to make alot of changes if they want people to be totally satisfied. I know the saying you can't please everyone, but in this profession, you as caregivers better bust your ass to do just that....
