Businiess name:  Ashley's Bridal

Review content:
I had bridesmaids who live up to 2 hours away from philadelphia so it was important that we find a shop that could do alterations on weekends. Ashley's Bridal said this would be no problem, then once we got the dresses in would not let us set up appointments on the weekend. They ordered the wrong dress for the junior bridesmaid, and offered free alterations, but would only schedule a weeknight appointment and she lives in Harrisburg. We ended up paying to have extensive alterations done local to her. The owners are very friendly and the shop has a nice selection, but they don't follow through on customer service. Pros: alteraion costs max out at $55 Cons: not great customer service
