A store FULL of cheaters, led by Manager Randy 8/29/2011

Everybody, please don't go here even once:\r \r I used to have a 11-year-old Nissan Sentra. If you have had an old sentra you know how much trouble it give you. So by the way, never buy a used sentra. People tend to think about sentra as having similar reliability as other used Japanese cars such as civic or corolla. No!! they are in completely different level. And most of the sentras are made in Mexico, not the US. So, don't buy them.\r Ok, back to our topic: because I had this terrible car, I had been going to this store for over 5 times. In the beginning, they just tried to push me buy new parts that I didn't already need. I tried to politely reject and they became impatient. In the last time I was there it was because my car could not start twice in the past 1 week. I honestly told them what happened and politely seek their advice, the manager guy "Randy", very impatiently told me "ok so leave it here overnight if what happened to your car is an overnight thing". They scratched our BMW! 4/11/2011

The customer service there has gone downhill for years, but this Saturday they scratched our car! When we got the car back from an emissions test (3 hours later than promised) there was a large new scratch by the driver's handle. Manager Randy had the nerve to say 1) he was standing next the mechanic the entire time he worked on the car (which is completely unbelieveable), 2) we couldn't prove they did it!, and 3) that because we had a dent --barely visible-- at the other end of that quarter panel, we'd eventually have to repaint the car anyway. We left furious. I've never been treated so badly by an auto shop! We're filing complaints with corporate. more

Worst Experience Ever! They scratched our BMW 4/10/2011

Despite poor customer service the last couple times we've been in, we decided to give this store another chance. As we left (3 hours later than promised), we noticed a huge scratch right next to the driver's handle. It was large and obvious and new. The manager had the nerve to tell us 1) he stood next to the mechanic the entire time he worked on the car -- as if anyone would believe that--, 2) that we can't prove it was them, and 3) that there was a dent on that quarter panel, and so we would wind up having to repaint anyway. The only thing worse than our ruined paint job was this manager's attitude! I was mortified. We're telling everyone! more


DO NOT GO THERE 7/8/2009

I've now gone to this Firestone twice now, because it is so close to where I live. However, on two seperate occasions, they have not only tried to overcharge me, but say that things completely needed to be replaced when they didn't. I am confident t hat it is because of my gender and my age. I've then gone to my dad's favorite auto mechanic telling them what this Firestone fools had diagnoised only to hear that not only were they wrong, but they were making up problems with my car, and failing my inspection test to get new tags. I will never go there again, and will do whatever I can to help other people avoid getting ripped off. I know car shop-businesses are struggling for business, but this is absolutely not the way to get it! They should be ashamed of themselves. OVERCHARGED FOR PARTS, LACK OF SERVICE 5/19/2007

Needed brake pads on rear of my 2004 Mazda 3. Rotor showed signs of wear, so I mentioned that it would probably need replacing. I got charged $120 per rotor, on OE rotors that I could get for $60 for A PAIR. So they had a 400% markup. Anyway, I told the guy he was ripping me off, and he said, I'm sorry sir but I have to buy from my vendor. I needed my car, and didn't want any more run around. So I decided to pay through the nose, and then decided to write this article. \r \r To top it off he tried to upsell me with things I didn't need, and even offered to rotate my tires for $30 after he took the measuremtns and showed a difference in wear on the front and rear tires. The fact that the rear tires were already off, and HAD THE TIME TO MAKE THE MEASUREMENTS, but not change them when the back tires were already off upset me. With 5 minutes of labor they could have made the rotation, but instead he wanted $30 for something most places charge $10 for... \r \r Thanks for giving Firestone Tire& more
