I recently had some collision damage to my truck repaired by Richardson Automotive Body Shop. I wanted to express my extreme satisfaction with the shop in general, and specifically with Alex Burgos who handled my repair. The repair was handled seamlessly and within the time estimate that I was originally given, and I felt Alex went above and beyond to ensure that I was fully satisfied with the service. I could tell that Alex was often incredibly busy, but he always had time to answer my phone calls, he recognized me by name, and he always immediately knew the status of my repair.
Although the assignment of my truck repair to this shop was just the default choice of my insurance company, I would now choose to bring my vehicles back here in the future. Many thanks to Alex and the team for all their help.
