The first time we boarded our two dogs with BPR, we were quite satisfied. However, this most recent time, our dogs came back a complete wreck. We've worked so hard to leash train them so they won't pull, but for weeks after we picked them up from BPR, they acted like they' d never even seen a leash before. They both began soiling the house, despite never having had an accident before. One of our dogs contracted kennel cough even though all the dogs staying at BPR are supposed to be vaccinated against it (and our dog was). I really don't know what to think. I was very happy with BPR the first time we left our dogs in their care, but after this last experience and after reading some of the reviews (especially the one written by an ex-employee who said the dogs often do not actually receive their supervised playtimes and walks even though the owners pay for them), I'm not sure I want to trust them with my dogs anymore.
