If this is the best dim sum in Portland,I respectfully suggest eating pizza,or any other finger food. Not one Asian in the restaurant at 11:00AM Sunday,it should have a warning, but we felt like dim sum .We order off the carts. Without exception, each dish was equally bad. In my life ,I never failed to finish dim sum.We left part of each dish.Specifically, the dim sum skins were thick, and tough. The fillings all tasted the same. For a foodie town,we need good dim sum....do not waste your time or money at this establishment Cons: terrible dim sum
