Review content:
Going to Fong Chong for Dim Sum is going for the experience. The main experience, of course, is the food. Dim sum is unlike anything you've ever had, if you' never had it! I think the things to remember are, One: Keep an open mind, Two: Do not put your American expectations on the experience, and Three: Try all that you can. The way I see it, I'm not there for the service (which some think is bad). I'm not there to order things other than what the staff has prepared and is offering on the carts. I'm there for Dim Sum. It's easy. It's delicious. It's a great experience. And, I have never been to China, but Fong Chong has got to be as close as you can get without leaving Portland. :) Pros: DIM SUM Cons: If you are a 'service person', you may want to go where you can be 'waited on'.
