We read all the reviews, and decided to go with them anyway... WRONG IDEA!
All of the ""arrival"" dates that we were told, were wrong. They were the actually the ""ship"" dates. The staff was very unhelpful. The owner was very rude to some of the bridesmaids. I am not sure that any of them really know what they were supposed to be doing. We were told that the brides head piece would only take ""about a week"", but it actually took 2.5. They say that they called when any peice had arrived, they did not. The bride was not told of any problem with the orders. They never tried to help with the problems that their ""miscommunication caused.All in all, I would strongly reccomend that any bride or bridal party member find another store!!!!
Pros: not very crowded, several attendants, decent prices
Cons: impossible hours, not knowledgeable, horrible service
