I'm not sure what I was expecting, but WOW! I visited the store on Woodway and that is what customer service is supposed to be. I went in to see if I could find something my son a daughter would enjoy doing together. The staff there asked me a few questions and then worked together to show me about 10 things that were just what I was looking for - I thought finding anything was going to be difficult. After seeing that they had shoes, I brought my son back the next day. The help and knowledge was amazing. And while my daughter will tell you when there is the tinyest thing wrong with her shoes, for the first time I feel confident my son is wearing shoes that actually fit. He loved the store. I can't wait to show my wife and daughter. This little gem is worth sharing.
