I wanted to warn everyone about Hill Country Pest Control. Almost two months ago I had the owner of Hill Country Pest Control come to my home to do a wasp
treatment. I specifically asked the owner of Hill Country Pest Control if there is warranty for the work to which he responded there is a two month warranty.
Less than a month after he did the treatment, I noticed the work wasn't done properly so I called the owner about this and he set a time to come over and redo the treatment.
I waited for him to come over and he never showed up or called. I called twice and left messages to which he didn't respond or call back. I finally got a hold of him (after leaving a message for the third time), and he promised to come back and redo the treatment. The day he was supposed to come over once again he
didn't show up or call. After over half of dozen calls he still has not called back or even attempted to fulfill his warranty... he didn't even have the decency to try to call and try to make things right. I don't want anyone else
to go through what i experienced so I am posting this for your consideration.
