Review content:
I LOVE this cinema. The general manager is 70 years old. He has worked at the cinema for 15 years. The concession manager is 58 years old, and she has worked there since the cinema was built. I talked to both of them when I went by to watch a film, so I could get some input from them for my blog. The cinema has installed all new digital light projection equipment in every auditorium, which gives the movies an incredible brightness and wonderful surround sound. Four of the eight screens feature Dolby 3D. The auditoriums have comfortable high back rocker seats with the pop up love seat arm rests. They are very comfortable. The auditoriums also feature stadium seating which gives you a great view of the screen. The ticket prices are comparable to other first run movie cinemas in the area. I did notice that the concession prices were VERY cheap (compared to other movie theaters) - but I guess that is because they are in a small town. The manager told me they had just finished installing all of the new projection equipment, as well as placing new tile in the restrooms and remodeled game room. I was really surprised to find a modern, new cinema in such a small town. You won't believe what they have in the lobby - an ATM machine and a pay phone!!!! Now that is small town! I can't remember the last place I saw a pay phone!
