I have grown up visiting the Jules resort. We went over labor day weekend and had a HORRIBLE time. My family goes there for the nostaglia.This year the owner who always insist that we pay in cash, although, she excepts credit cards, was beyond rude and disrespectful. She refused to give us a receipt and was mad that we asked for one. We brought to her attention that our refridgerator was not working and had ruined some of our food and she told us that she could give us an ice chest and that she didn't ""blame us"". There was no suggestion of changing cottages, though they were not near being full. In addition, we notified her of our mattress, that had no sheets, was full of stains, and requested that the mattress be swapped with another cottage. We were given a firm ""NO, and then she insinuated that we were the reason for the stains, though it was apparent that these were old set in stains. The owner was by far the rudest person I have ever met. I have never had such HORRIBLE service.
