I was referred to this company through a service request from Fidelity Home warranty. I checked the reviews on yelp and was concerned because of the poor reviews. When I spoke to them on the phone they seemed knowledgeable, not the friendliest of people but knowledgeable none the less, so I decided to give them a shot. I explained to them that my garage door opener was very old and it suddenly decided that it would not open more than 1.5 feet off the ground. They told me they would send a technician out the next day. Little did I know that my experience was going to be similar to what I had read in the reviews. My wife was at home when the technician showed up unexpected an hour early without notice. The technician lubricated the moving parts and simply increased the up force of the garage door opener. He told her that the garage door opener was old and if we had any issues in the future it would have to be replaced. He told her that if we don
