Review content:
Strazzeri Mancini prepared the living trust for my father in 2003 and did a fine job. After he passed away in 2011, I contacted them to see if they could help me with his estate. A very nice young lady took my information and told me I would receive a call back within an hour. No one ever called back.
9 months later, I called again with a different question. A girl named Jennifer was shocked about my first experience and promised Kevin Gorofolo would call back within an hour. He never called back, either.
In both cases, I was not seeking free advice. I was hoping to hire them to handle estate-related matters. Perhaps they don't offer these services but if not returning calls is any indication of their professionalism, I'd stay away from Strazzeri Mancini.
